必要な資格①：Have completed medical school
必要な資格②：Have completed the equivalent of an ACGME-approved residency in cardiothoracic surgery
必要な資格③：Be focused and dedicated to cardiothoracic surgery as a career
必要な資格④：Have the ability to be licensed in the state of Illinois (permanent or temporary)
必要な資格⑤：Appropriate letters of recommendation from their training program director and/or other mentors
必要な資格⑥：Be in good mental and physical health
必要な資格⑦：Have no criminal record
必要な資格⑧：Be able to work collaboratively with other physicians and staff associated with the cardiothoracic service.

必要な資格としてダラダラと色々書いてしまいましたが、要するに卒後心臓血管外科医としてある程度の経験を積んでいて、推薦状を書いてもらえること、イリノイ州で医師免許を獲得できる≒USMLEをPassできていること、ということなのかな、と思いました。
