皆さん初めまして、Team WADA学生メンバー副代表の松井晴菜です。

アメリカの大学でビジネスを専攻した後、外資系コンサルティング企業で会社員をしていたのですが、ヘルスケア関連のプロジェクトに参画したご縁があり、学士編入で医学科に入学しました。将来はアメリカかオーストラリアで働くことを目指しています。

Team WADAに参加したのは受験合格後すぐで、それ以来日本中の同じ志をもつ方達の存在に助けられ、海外で働くという目標を見失わずに過ごせています。

医学部の試験だけでも決して楽ではないのに、USMLEなどエクストラなことも勉強するのは簡単なことではありません。私がTeam WADAに助けてきてもらったように、孤独になりやすい渡米までの準備期間を共に助け合えるコミュニティー作りに努めていきたいと思います。

このような素敵なコミュニティーを築き支えてくださっている先生や先輩方に感謝して、自身ができることに全力で活動して参りたいと思います。何よりも皆さんと活動できることにワクワクしています！よろしくお願いします。

Nice to meet you all! My name is Haruna Matsui, and I’m the Vice Representative of the student members of Team WADA.

After majoring in business at a university in the U.S. and working at a consulting firm, I had the opportunity to be involved in a healthcare-related project. That experience inspired me to pursue medicine. My long-term goal is to work in the U.S. or Australia.

I joined Team WADA right after passing the entrance exam, and ever since, I’ve been encouraged by the presence of like-minded people across Japan. Thanks to this community, I’ve stayed focused on my goal of working overseas.

Balancing the already demanding medical school curriculum with additional preparation for things like the USMLE is no easy task. Just as I’ve been supported by Team WADA, I hope to help create a community where we can support one another through this often-isolating journey toward studying and working abroad.

I’m truly grateful to the mentors and senior members who have built and sustained such a wonderful community, and I’m committed to doing all I can to contribute. Above all, I’m excited to be part of this journey with all of you!
