他の募集と違うなと思ったのは、3年以上のACGME公認のプログラムでの研修経験が必要らしいこと、それに加えてFundingという項目がありHousing, travel and research including attendance at the annual meeting of ISHLT and AATSという費用補助があることです。さらに言うとSalaryについては$100,000.00 – $110,000.00 (Yearly Salary)とのことで、たしかに費用補助が無いと何もできないな、ということです。

追記

給与について、1万ドルと勘違いしておりましたが、10万ドルでした。これでFundingも付き、米国最大級の移植施設での修練ができるとなると競争率がとても高そうです。
