研修医の對馬です。アメリカはニューヨークでFellowshipの募集です。clinical researchにも参加してもらうし、他のfellow, residents, studentsのeducationもやってもらうよ、と書いてあってなかなか高度な要求やなと思いました。
病院：Montefiore Medical Center- Albert Einstein Medical College
役職：End-stage heart and lung failure fellowship (Expected to actively participate in clinical research protocols and the education of fellows, surgical residents and medical students.)
期間：1−2 year (beginning July 1, 2020)
必要な資格①：Either the American Board of Thoracic Surgery requirements or the equivalence in Cardiothoracic Surgery training abroad
必要な資格②：Eligible for New York State licensure
必要な書類①：CV
必要な書類②：2 letters of support from previous training program or current employer
必要な書類③：Board Certification or Eligibility

コメントいただき誠にありがとうございます。おそらく、Eligible for New York State licensureというところは、ニューヨーク州での医師免許に相当する資格が必要ということだと思うので、これはつまりUSMLE各種をPassしていること、というじ条件と同義だと思うのですが、北原代表にもお話を伺ってみたいと思います。
僕はこういうの全く知らないんですが、おそらく免許をもらうのにステップが必要なんで結局必要なんじゃないかと思います。興味があったら直接働いてる人に聞いてみますよ。
これはステップは不要という事ですかね？
